This 1st floor studio is located toward the Grove St side of the building. Shared Laundry Room in the Basement with 2 Washers & 2 Dryers.
We provide self check information the day prior to arrival. Guests will access the unit with instructions, and a code for access to a lockbox with the key inside for their unit.
Check out the Rail Trail if you want to bike around the area! Driving- easy access to Highways - RT 3 North or South plus RT 93 a few miles to the East of the city.
A conversation about your stay required within 24 hours of your booking acceptance before they are final.
An accurate number of guests and pets are required for each booking request. Owner requires rental package be completed upon acceptance of reservation

Kelsey and her team could not have done a better job. I stayed for 6 months and can’t express enough how much I appreciate everything about my stay. There were two parks with running tracks within minutes. The mall of nh great restaurants Too many gyms to list within 15-20 minutes. Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood!!!!! Quiet comfortable place to call home. Thank you Kelsey! I’ll be back
